We are seeking a Construction Inspector to support REI Services for a New York City Design and Construction (NYCDDC) infrastructure project located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
•Monitoring contractor’s work
•Ensuring construction is as per the plans and specifications
•Preparing daily reports
•Assisting Office Engineer as needed
•Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills:
•8 years of REI/CM experience on infrastructure projects
•4 years of experience working on NYCDDC projects preferred
•Experience working in a dense urban environment required
•Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering required
•ACI-I certification required
•OSHA 30 required
Expected salary range is $90,000 - $120,000 annually.
Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.
